OSA – Occupational Safety Academy provides information about occupational safety qualifications, approved center services, course registration, learner records, and certificate verification. By using this website or any connected OSA service, you agree to use it only for lawful, accurate, and responsible purposes.

You must not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its security, submit false or misleading information, or use OSA content, records, certificates, or systems in a way that could damage learners, centers, employers, or OSA.

Approved centers, administrators, trainers, and learners may receive account access for specific services. You are responsible for keeping login details secure and for all activity carried out through your account.

Centers must ensure that user access is limited to authorized staff and that learner, trainer, assessment, and certificate data entered into OSA systems is accurate and kept up to date.

Applications for center approval, qualification access, course registration, or certificate issue may be reviewed before acceptance. OSA may request supporting documents, reject incomplete or unsuitable applications, or suspend access where quality, integrity, payment, or compliance concerns arise.

Learner enrolments, assessment records, certificates, invoices, and verification records may be retained as part of OSA's quality assurance and registry responsibilities.

Where fees apply, they will be confirmed through the relevant invoice, checkout, written agreement, or approved center process. Payment terms, cancellation rights, and refund arrangements may vary depending on the service, qualification, agreement, and delivery model.

If a written center agreement or invoice contains terms that differ from this page, the specific written agreement or invoice terms will apply to that service.

OSA names, logos, qualification titles, course materials, certificates, website content, design assets, and platform content are owned by OSA or its licensors unless stated otherwise.

You may not copy, sell, modify, issue, publish, or represent OSA materials, certificates, or approvals as your own without written permission. Approved centers may only use OSA branding and materials within the scope of their current approval.

Certificate verification confirms whether a record appears in OSA systems based on the information submitted for verification. A successful verification does not replace employer checks, regulatory checks, identity checks, or local legal requirements.

Tampering with a certificate, creating false certificates, misrepresenting results, or using OSA verification tools for fraudulent purposes may result in withdrawal of access, cancellation of approval, reporting to relevant parties, and other action available to OSA.

OSA aims to keep the website and connected services available and accurate, but services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical issues, or matters outside OSA's control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OSA is not responsible for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or decisions made using website information alone. Training, assessment, and safety decisions must always consider local law, workplace conditions, and competent professional judgment.
